  • Heating, electricicty, bed linen, towels & tea towels are inclusive in the price. 

 

  • Our complimentary Welcome Pack includes  bread, butter, milk, eggs, tea, coffee & sugar. Also a refreshment tray is laid out with home baked cakes for your arrival.

 

  • Please note the minimum  stay is 2 nights & for SHORT BREAKS we supply all the above except the bread, butter & eggs.

 

  • In addition you will find all the basic toiletry, washing & kitchen essentials to get you on your way, such as soap, toilet roll, kitchen roll, washing up liquid etc.!

 

  •  *Short breaks are not normally available during peak summer season however do enquire.
